In this course a candidate will learn about electronic data entry and providing daily work reports, database management systems, and IT initiatives.
The course content will cover:
Software – relevant to work performance and data entry
Storing data – ascertaining information/data that has to be entered and storing it
Data entry – through transcription and verification from diverse resource material
Other duties – related to filing, security, backup, handling the switchboard, reception desk, and other relevant clerical work
Manage work within the specified time in conjunction with standard procedures
Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment. Participants will learn the importance of keeping the place tidy, clean, and free of hazards. They will be given instruction on basic first aid and the procedures to be followed in an emergency.
The training will cover all technical skills and soft skills; with particular emphasis on professional behavior, etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication.
The approach is interactive, where the participants learn by doing. The sessions will be theoretical as well as practical. On completing the training the candidate will be proficient at entering, storing and retrieving data, meeting the client’s expectations.

As the name suggests, this is a CNC Operator training program. It is a vocational training program. On course completion, successful candidates will obtain a certificate that showcases their qualification.
CNC Machining techniques are used in manufacturing sector. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. It deals with the use of computers to control machine tools. CNC machines come in different forms and sizes. Lathes, mills, grinders, water jet cutters – these are examples of CNC machines. Under CNC machining, these tools can be controlled by using a computer system.
Broadly speaking, the training program deals with the following topics –
Preparation for carrying out turning operations using CNC machines
Perform turning operations using CNC machines (on metals)

In this course the participants will learn to sew, mend or alter garments, made-ups, and home furnishing at their own premise. They will be given guidance on the procedures of running a business, correct posture and lifting and handling procedure.
The course content will cover:
Drafting patterns and cutting fabric – the participants learn to take measurements and draft patterns according to the measurements taken/provided, place the patterns on the fabric, and cut the cloth. They will learn to measure fabric and place it on a table according to the grain line and the drafted paper pattern. They will become familiar with the various kinds of fabric and how they are to be handled while cutting and sewing.
Setting machine controls and sewing – participants will be given a thorough understanding of each part of the sewing machine. They will learn to set the controls such as thread tension, bobbins, stitch length, needle position, etc. They will learn to control and run the machine as well as join the components and other sewing techniques, which include sewing by hand.
Quality check and alterations – participants will be instructed on how to conduct a quality check of the stitched product/ garment to identify necessary alterations; they will be instructed on using the tools and techniques of making alterations.
Health, safety, and security in the workshop – participants will learn the principles of tidiness, cleanliness, personal hygiene, and adhering to health and safety standards. They will become aware of potential risks and threats associated with a shop as well as equipment. They will also learn basic first aid, firefighting, and emergency response.
Maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools – is an essential activity where the participants will learn about the upkeep and maintenance of all the tools and equipment needed at work. They will learn how to clean and oil the machine and moving parts, keep needles and accessories in an appropriate and easy to access place, and keep scissors clean to avoid rust and any other damage.
The training will cover all technical skills and soft skills. There will be particular emphasis on professional behaviour, etiquette, as well as verbal and non-verbal communication.

The course will cover:
Stitching by hand or machine – which starts with learning about the machine and its components, the required tools, different kinds of fabric and apparel, and setting everything in readiness for production. Participants will learn to follow instruction on the work ticket, check material for flaws, and ensure that the material used meets specifications. They will also learn the techniques of using a machine or hand stitching to create a finished product.
Product quality – participants will be trained to adhere to strict standards of quality; they will learn to identify flaws/defects. They will learn the correct procedure of sewing. They will learn to follow guidelines and continual checking of each detail in the product.
Maintain tools, health, safety and security – so that all equipment is in flawless condition at all times and there is no hazard that can endanger personnel safety or be a risk to health and wellbeing. Participants will be trained to maintain the cleanliness of their work area, minimize waste, and correct disposal of waste. They will also be instructed on all matters related to health, hygiene, and safety for the individual and at the work place
